Useful Information

Selection Process

One size does not fit all. The Head Office programme needs to be the right fit for the individual learning needs of each student and our selection process helps us to find out.

Get in touch with us or speak to your school - have a chat with your child’s teacher, the Learning Support Coordinator or the Principal to see if the school would be supportive of an attendance.  For an enrolment students have to attend one of our cluster schools, you can find the full list of contributing school in Taranaki via this link:
See the list of cluster schools →
Our referral process is a combined referral between the family and the school, both sides need to support an attendance to make the programme successful for the child.

We will send a digital referral form to you and your school, which may be followed up with a face to face interview. There is a one- off cost of $65 (incl. GST) per student for taking part in the referral and assessment process.

Costs

The cost per student, per week is $59 in 2025. We offer a siblings discount for families with multiple children in the programme. On enrolment, your commitment is that the child will attend the programme for the whole of the school year.
There is a once-off assessment cost of $65.
We can offer limited financial support; please do not hesitate to contact your school or the Trust if you would like to find out more.
If you would prefer to pay your Head Office fees per Automatic Payment then feel free to download the following form and return it to your bank:
